If you are going NORTH on Interstate 25, take Exit 141 toward Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak. Turn left on to Cimarron St/HWY 24. Take the MANITOU AVE/US-24-BL ramp and keep RIGHT at the fork to go on US-24-BL/MANITOU AVE. 962 MANITOU AVE is on the RIGHT.
If you are going SOUTH on Interstate 25, take EXIT 141, toward MANITOU SPGS/PIKES PEAK/WOODLAND PARK. Turn left on to Cimarron St/HWY 24. Take the MANITOU AVE/US-24-BL ramp and keep RIGHT at the fork to go on US-24-BL/MANITOU AVE. 962 MANITOU AVE is on the RIGHT.
